1. Payment must be received in full on delivery of goods.
2. A signature for goods delivered will be required upon delivery.
3. The title of all goods remains with TopiaryShop.co.uk until our bankers have cleared any paments received. However, risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
4. We cannot accept responsibility for stock damaged or lost after delivery, nor will we guarantee living stock after care passes to the customer. However, if the customer has reason for complaint, we will consider all complaints within 7 days from date of delivery. All complaints will then be thoroughly investigated.
5. All stock delivered is in excellent condition and is believed to be accurate in name and form.
6. Any orders received by us are subject to acceptance and does not guarantee supply. We will endeavour to contact the customer as soon as we become aware that we are unable to supply a particular product.
7. We aim to deliver goods on the day specified. However, we will not be liable if reasons beyond our control prevent us from doing this.
8. Returned goods can only be accepted at point of delivery.
