Delivery, Payment & Returns - The small print!
On placing your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. We aim to delivery within 3 working days of us receiving your order. In some cases, where an item you have ordered is not in stock, this may take longer. If this happens, we will try to contact you via email or telephone to notify you.In most cases however, your order is despatched within 10 days. If your order totals £250 or more, then delivery will be Free throughout North & Central London, Essex, Herts and Suffolk. For orders below this amount, you may incur a small delivery charge. If you require delivery to any other area, then you will be notified of a delivery charge when we confirm your order with you. Someone must be available at the delivery address to inspect, pay and sign for the goods received. Any payments due to TopiaryShop.co.uk must be paid in full by way of credit card, debit card, cash or cheque* Cheques should be made payable to: TopiaryShop.co.uk.
*Cheques must be supported by a valid cheque guarantee card, and can only be accepted either before your order is despatched (Pro Forma invoice) of if we deliver goods personally to you.
When you receive goods from us via an outside delivery service such as Business Post or Royal Mail, you have the option of returning the goods within 14 days if you are not happy with them, or they do not meet your expectations. Please contact us by email or telephone to notify us that you wish to return the goods, as we may be able to arrange collection. For however many items where the order total is less than £50, the inclusive delivery charge within Mainland UK is £4.95 (For outlying islands and Eire, £9.95)....
